Information for vendors wanting to rent tables to display their wares for the 32nd BBMRA Annual Show and Sale on June 24 & 25, 2023 at the Leon County Fairgrounds in Tallahassee, Florida is available on this page.
The show times are Saturday June 24: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday 25: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
A downloadable PDF form of the Agreement Letter for 2023 is available. If you are interested you need to download the form, read thoroughly, complete all your information items and determine how many tables you want to rent. Andy Zimmerman, President is managing the rental of tables and will coordinate numbers of tables, placement layout, pricing, and other issues. Andy will serve as contact for this portion of the show.
The price of tables is $30.00 each if paid in cash or by check sent along with the form below by May 15, 2023. After that date the price of tables is $35.00. The price is slightly higher if paying via PayPal services. (see section below).
