2025 (Notice of Date Changes)
Information for vendors wanting to rent tables to display their wares for the 34th BBMRA Annual Show and Sale on June 28 & 29, 2025 at the Leon County Fairgrounds in Tallahassee, Florida is available on this page.
The show times are Saturday June 28: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday 29: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
A downloadable PDF form of the Agreement Letter for 2025 is available. If you are interested you need to download the form, read thoroughly, complete all your information items and determine how many tables you want to rent. Andy Zimmerman, President is managing the rental of tables and will coordinate numbers of tables, placement layout, pricing, and other issues. Andy will serve as contact for this portion of the show.
The price of tables is $30.00 each if paid in cash or by check sent along with the form below by May 15, 2025. After that date the price of tables is $35.00. The price is slightly higher if paying via PayPal services. (see section below).
This year the vendor registration process is different. We are creating a database of vendors to enable us to keep track of vendor data and to make sure we send out notices to interested parties and to have accurate contact information. When you click the link below you will be taken to a questionnaire. Please enter your data and click the submit button and follow the directions. We look forward to seeing you at the show this year.

If you are paying for your tables via PayPal you may use the link below. The cost of tables via PayPal are $32.00 to allow for the fee that PayPal charges. Late fee on these are $37.00 after May 15, 2024. Click on the “Pay Now” button. You will be taken to a screen that will show you the 2024 Vendor table cart. Enter the number of tables you want to purchase and complete the transaction via PayPal or by using your credit card. You will be given a receipt upon completion on the screen and also you should get a notice via your email. Thank You in advance for being a part of our show.
